If your child seems withdrawn, anxious, overwhelmed, struggling with school pressure, or lacking confidence, early support can make a significant difference.
Is this therapy?
This is structured mindset and resilience coaching focused on practical tools and behavioural development. It complements therapeutic support where appropriate.
How long does the programme last?
Programmes typically run for 6–12 sessions depending on individual needs.
Will I be involved as a parent?
Yes, where appropriate. Guidance is offered to help reinforce strategies at home while maintaining the young person’s safe space.
Is everything confidential?
Yes, within safeguarding guidelines.
